The food was good and the staff were very helpful and sincere. The room I got was cheap and good sized with a kitchen sink and microwave and fridge.

There were a writing desk and free WiFi in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. Its location was convenient, near a train line.

Think that this little hotel is beyond compare, loved it.

The hotel room was neat and cheap, had central heating, TV with cable channels, and a microwave oven. I stayed here for 3 days and will be back.

Was a relaxing base for vacation. I ate at a good restaurant which had good food. The location was comfortable: a market and antique stores were within walking distance. The hotel itself was in a beach area.

The venue is clean, with nice and magnificent location just next door to the local wineries, and Niagara falls and bufflo. Superbly friendly staff and management.

The room at Theater Motel was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good air conditioning. Despite the hot and humid weather outside, the room stayed cool and comfortable. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful owner/manager who provided excellent directions when I got lost due to Google Maps. my stay was pleasant and I would definitely choose to stay at Theater Motel again.

The location was excellent - not far from wineries and a lake or body of water. Units where the carpet started...
